Oce Scanner Agent is a software that enables communication between a scanner and a computer, to control the scanner. It also comes with a utility called SCANdump which saves all the vital information stored in the scanner's non-volatile memory to a file in the TEMP directory. This file can be emailed to technical support in case of any trouble with the scanner.
